Free At Last

I am now free of the NY Times. Actually, I am free of the company the NY Times contracts out it's customer support to. Either way, I'm free! My last phone call was a customer that did not want his paper delivered over the 4th of July weekend.

If you do subscribe to the NY Times I have some bad news. As of July 7th the price for home delivery is going up. Sorry.

That is great!! not the price hike but the fact that you don't have to deal with those idiots anymore.
